Verify identities with Two-Factor Authentication

Add an extra layer of security by requiring users to provide both a password and an additional, customized authentication factor.
02

Step-Up Authentication for privileged users

Require privileged users to authenticate with a more robust authentication mechanism when moving into more restricted application areas.

Customizable Multifactor Authentication options

POINT supports multiple authentication factors to give businesses and users the flexibility to choose how they want to authenticate:

03

Push notifications

Allow users to approve or deny access by simply pressing a button. Send users a push notification to their pre-registered devices- typically a tablet or smartphone.

04

One-time passwords

The use of authenticator applications, such as Google Authenticator, generates a one-time password on a user’s personal device. This password is only valid for a certain amount of time, and it validates an account.

05

SMS pincodes

A one-time pin is sent to a user via SMS. The user then has to enter this pin to complete the authentication process.

06

Yubikeys

Hardware keys enable users to perform MFA and eliminate the risk of phishing, replay attacks, and all forms of password theft.

07

Magic Links via Email

Allow users to verify their authentication by emailing them a link to follow.
